We are looking for an Experienced Chef De Partie to join us at The Balavoulin, Aviemore, in a full-time permanent role. We offer traditional pub fare with all our main dish components being made in-house.
Experience working with fresh food is required, the ability to work independently on either the grill or pizza section will be necessary as well as carrying out prep. Weekend and evening work is included though latest finish is generally 9:30pm.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience, £23 – £24,500 salary plus tips (Up to £3100 per annum).
Part-time or casual hours also considered.
