The Balavoulin beer range features regularly changing Cask Ales, Innis & Gunn Lager and IPA, Belhaven Best, Tennents Lager, Thistly Cross Cider, to name a few. Our spirits feature the best in Whiskies from the local area and further afield, a large selection of gins with quality mixers all served perfectly. Our Bar Staff take pride in our ever-evolving cocktail menu which has something for everyone to enjoy.
The kitchen serves food every day. We have teamed up with amazing local suppliers including Balliefurth Farm Shop from Nethybridge for our famous Bally Burger, Steaks and Bangers & Mash, and Pro-fish who are based in Aviemore for our delicious Fish & Chips. From our secret marinade for our Chicken Breast Burger to our in house prepared Sweet Potato Burger. Our team love to go the extra mile in making our food delicious, for instance we slow roast our Pulled Pork for up to 7 hours and make our own BBQ Sauce to top it off.
